Energetic Tanning Salon Software company seeks individual to continue our momentum in our inside support department. We need a friendly, aggressive go getter type. Positive attitude and personality are key. You cannot be afraid of the phone. This is for INSIDE support - not on-site.
This position will consist of answering technical questions with regards to how to use our software in great detail, software installation & configuration, configuration of point-of-sale (POS) equipment.
No certifications are required. Solid experience using, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows PCs required. We will train you in the use of our software and hardware products.
Hourly Rate + Commission + Bonus
